About Anvil Gym

Here at Anvil Gym we are a friendly, independent 24-hour gym built for all training styles and experience levels. With no long-term contracts, a fully equipped training space, clean changing rooms and showers, an infrared sauna, and an on-site men’s barber, everything you need is under one roof. Whether you’re training for strength, fitness, muscle gain or fat loss, you’ll find quality equipment, a welcoming atmosphere and a supportive community ready to help you get the most from every session.

Frequently asked questions

Do your memberships have contracts?
No. We don't believe in tying you in for long term contracts here at Anvil Gym. We only ask for a 30 day notice period, if you decide to ever leave.
What is the minimum age to join?
To train at Anvil unsupervised, you must be 16 or older. However, for anyone younger, as long as they are accompanied with a parent/ carer, we are easy going.
What are your staffed hours?
We are usually staffed from 8am - 8pm on weekdays.
How do I access the gym?
Simply scan your QR code found in the Clubright app on the reader to the left of the front door.
Can I try before I join?
Absolutely!! We offer one off day passes for just £10. We also offer a complimentary tour on appointment to answer any of your questions & to show you around our amazing facility.
Do you have changing rooms & showers?
Yes, we have clean changing facilities and showers available for members.
What equipment does the gym have?
We have equipment for strength training, bodybuilding, general fitness, functional training and cardio, suitable for beginners through to experienced lifters.
How do I book the sauna?
Sauna sessions must be booked through the ClubRight app and are subject to availability.
Where can I park?
Outside the gym, we have a huge available car park that is free to use for members. Also the road the business park is located (Russell Road) is free to park on all hours of the day.
