SAUNA INFO

Our infrared sauna is available exclusively through app booking only.

Each booking slot is 45 minutes long:

The following rules apply:

Maximum of 1 booking per member, per day

Strictly 1 person in the sauna room at a time

Access is for members aged 18+ only

The sauna room must be left clean and tidy after every session

Any member leaving the sauna room in an unacceptable condition will have sauna access removed immediately

Bringing another person into the sauna room under your booking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban from sauna access

Please note: CCTV is installed outside the sauna room entrance for security and monitoring purposes. We ask all members to respect the space, respect other users, and help us maintain a high-quality recovery environment for everyone.
